Detox / cleansing Bath
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups Sea Salt
1 1/2 - 1 3/4 cups Epsom Salt
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar  ( for sensitive skin use 1/4 oats or 1/4 baking soda)

It is a great way to destress and  detox physically, mentally, and emotionally. It is also good for sore muscles. 
Soak for 20 -30 minutes in hot water ( preferably sweating a bit). Rinse off with water only.
 Relax
